Get Lots Of Sleep

Lower Your Sugar Intake

Having an excess of sugar in your system can also lead to poor skin health. Things like chocolate, candy, ice cream, donuts, and soda all contain huge amounts of sugar and will cause inflammation in your skin. This inflammation will usually lead to pimples. Switching your diet to something healthier consisting of fruits and vegetables will greatly benefit your skin quality.

One way to check if you’re properly hydrated is to see if your pee is clear or light yellow, darker colors indicate that you might need some more water.

Keep Your Stress Levels Low

One of the most important tips for keeping your skin healthy is to avoid stress. Stress is bad for your skin in multiple ways. Being stressed can raise your inflammation levels, causing acne breakouts. Stress hormones can also cause existing skin conditions you may have such as eczema to worsen.
