Big Brother 6 Limited Edition Ringtone

Goal:

Extend the CBS Big Brother 6 brand with viewers, offer additional viewer integration and show involvement, and continue to promote CBS’ wireless offerings.

Solution:

To expand their mobile offering, CBS incorporated a unique Big Brother 6 ringtone into an episode of the show. Since contact with the outside world is limited for the house guests, the show focused on the ringtone “event”. At the next break, CBS ran a short commercial with instructions on how to purchase the ringtone for your phone. View the video and see the on-air integration and subsequent commercial.

The interactive campaign messaging platform provided all the technical aspects of the promotion including direct carrier connections, Premium SMS, WAP push and ringtone download.
