Hunter C. Gary

Hunter C. Gary has served as one of our directors since 2007. Since 2003, Mr. Gary has served as the chief operating officer of Icahn Sourcing LLC, an entity owned by Mr. Carl Icahn, where he is responsible for monitoring and managing cost efficiency opportunities for businesses in which Mr. Carl Icahn has an interest. Since 2007, Mr. Gary has served as a director of WestPoint International, Inc., a company which is engaged in the home textiles business. Since 2008, Mr. Gary has served as a director of American Railcar Industries, Inc., a company that is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing covered hopper and tank railcars.
